NEW DOORS & REPLACEMENT
Some doors are worth fixing. Others have been fixed enough. If panels are cracked, the door has been off track more than once, or you’re replacing a part a year, replacement usually costs less over time than the repairs will.

What an amazing company! I called today and spoke w/Ben. within 45 minutes Elior arrived to repair our garage door. It was bowed in the top middle. He adjusted and added support. He then oiled the coils. The garage door now works great! I'll definitely use again when needed and will refer this company to my friends and neighbors.

A tune-up is $99–$149. We inspect the springs, cables, rollers, and opener, tighten and lubricate the moving parts, test the safety reverse, and rebalance the door. If we find a part that needs replacing, we quote it separately and you approve the price first.

Every repair carries a 1-year labor warranty. If the work fails inside that year, we come back and correct it at no charge for labor. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, passed through to you — we don’t warrant another company’s part beyond what its maker covers. On springs, the cycle rating is written on your estimate, so you know exactly what you bought: a standard spring is rated around 10,000 cycles, roughly 7 to 10 years of typical use. High-cycle springs are available and last longer. The warranty doesn’t cover misuse, accident, storm damage, parts we didn’t supply, or wear on components we didn’t replace.
